So you have some questions about Turo.... So did we.
In order to fuel your daydreams, you will need to use the Turo peer-to-peer ride sharing app. It is safe and secure.
Below are the most commonly asked questions that we get - that said - Turo is super simple and an awesome platform to work with.

WHERE IS THE CAR AND KEYS?
It's our little secret....
Once you book V3TT3, we will give you those details, or if you have booked a drop off we can meet you in person or arrange contactless handover.
DO I NEED TO UPLOAD MY DRIVERS LICENSE TO THE TURO APP?
Yes. We sometimes use contactless pick up and delivery. It is best to take a selfie with your drivers license in it next to your face. Please upload the selfie yourself to the details tab of the Turo app. The add picture link will allow you to take a picture and upload to the app.
This confirms to Turo and us, that you are the actual person picking up V3TT3.
DO I NEED TO WASH AND VACUUM CAR?
With a vehicle like V3TT3 - we would appretiate if the car is returned as it was picked up - although this is not required by Turo, it is a small price to pay for the experience.
We understand that sometimes this is simply not possible, though at an absolute minimum we expect that all rubbish is removed and V3TT3 is treated with respect.

CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION?
Yes. You must make any changes on the Turo app.
If the app allows the change then you can do it.
If not then that means it’s not available.
However if you only need it for an extra few hours or to pick it up early please reach out to us.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CANCEL?
Yes. Anything before 24 hours you’ll get a refund. Please check Turo policy for clarity of refunds.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET IN AN ACCIDENT?
We hope this is the frst and last time you will need to ask this question...
Turo will help you with the processvia the app and phone.
Note: Always follow standard procedures when an occident occurs - provide aid, call police if needed, Call Turo and let us know. There is a Turo informaiton card in the sleeve in the passenger dash. This has all the informaiton you need for contacts and insurance purposes.
We recommend taking out the Turo insurance protection plan when you book V3TT3. otherwise you may be able to rely on your personal insurance, but this could get tricky.
It is entirely your responsibility to pay for any damage.

CAN I RETURN THE CAR LATE OR PICK UP EARLY?
Only if the Turo app will let you make the change; otherwise you need to stick to the schedule.
WHAT IS CONTACTLESS CHECKIN AND DROP OFF
This just means we will not be at the car waiting for you. You can pickup and drop V3TT3 off without any intervention from us.
This is when the secret sauce comes in and you find out where the keys and V3TT3 is.
Open the Turo app and follow the pickup (or drop off) instructions.
